Frequently Asked Questions

Our teaching philosophy is centered around personalized instruction and student-centered learning. We believe in identifying each student's unique strengths and weaknesses and tailoring our approach to meet their individual needs.

Our tutoring sessions typically last  55 minutes, but we can accommodate longer sessions if necessary.

We offer learning pods for groups of two to six students. Discounts are based on pod size.

Yes, we currently offer math test prep for NYS state exams including Regents exams in Algebra I and II.

Tutoring Sessions (55 minutes):

• Individual $30 
• Discount for more than one session per week (same child or siblings)

Learning Pods (55 minutes):

• $20 per child with two students 
• $17 per child with three students 
• $14 per child with four students 
• $12 per child with five students 
• $10 per child with six students 

Consulting Services:

• $100 for initial consultation (up to two hours) to discuss needed curriculum, etc. 
• Negotiable fee for continuing consultation for the same needs

Advocacy Services: 

• $100 for initial assessment (up to two hours) of special education services needed based on outside testing and/or reading of IEP
• $150 for attendance at your child’s IEP meeting to advocate for those accommodations
